Time Limit

All requests must be made within thirty (30) days after receipt of the order.


Items without any quality issue must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We will cover return postage for defective or damaged products. Please contact our customer service rep and ask for a pre-paid return label.

Please be noted for items without any quality issue, you have to pay for the return postage.

Return Process

Step 1

Contact customer service rep to initiate a return. Please provide us with the following information.

  • A.Order number
  • B. Return or exchange reason
  • C. Description of the issue (for quality issues only)
  • D. Pictures if applicable (for quality issues only)

Customer Service Rep will reply to you within 24 hours and offer you a proper solution.

Step 2

Place the item securely in its original packaging and mail the package to the following address:

Step 3

Email us with the tracking number of the returned package, we will track and initiate the refund or exchange process after the package is delivered.

It is recommended to reply to an opened email.

Refund / Exchange Process

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your refund or exchange ASAP. Please allow at least five (5) days of processing time. (Unfortunately, due to current situations and the COVID-19, your refund may require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.)

We will notify you by email when the refund or exchange has been processed.

Please Note

  • A 20% restocking fee will be charged for returns that not involving any quality issue.
  • The package needs to come back with the original receipt of the purchase.
  • The product has to be damage-free (not applicable for defective products), damage on the product will void the refund.
