Waiting for a refund

Customer service abysmal. I had to callback twice to get anyone and it took days to get a label. The product was not as ordered in the past. It was a different color and no o ring. Mailed it back immediately and have not heard yet if my refund was processed. I have been very satisfied in the past when i ordered these aquacrest refills from amazon. Now that I ordered them direct i am having this issue.
